Entries must be submitted by 6pm the evening BEFORE the show. After you submit your entries you will receive an email (within a few days) for payment of entry fees.  Pay via e-transfer to info@orcha.ca or bring cash/cheque to the show.

Please check in at the clubhouse on show day to get your exhibitor numbers.

General Fees

Administration Fee – $30.00 per rider/ horse combination per day

Cattle Fee for Cowhorse & Ranch classes – $35.00 per rider/horse combination per day

Cattle Fee for Herd Work classes – $35.00 per rider/horse combination per run

Entry Fees – $20.00 per class

Herd Work Judged Practice – Flat Rate of $85 per rider/horse combination per run with a maximum of 2 runs
